Full Moon Kisses Review (1-29-13)

I guess my taste is a little more PG. Thanks for sharing your story Ms. Schreiber I did enjoy it. I thought this story was cute and definitely age appropriate 13 and up. I'm not sure if there will be another one, but in all honesty, I hope not. Some stories shouldn't go too long and this is one of them. The first few were great, but then it just seemed repetitive. But like I said, I did enjoy it. No disrespect to the author at all. Now that Celeste and Brandon are together what's next? Will Ryder come back into their lives? Or will he find the serum that Brandon threw away in the woods and be cured or will he continue to seek out Celest to make her his mate? All good questions. Until next time...

Blood Red Road Dustlands:1 Review

I'm sure there are a lot of people who thinks this is a good book, but I can't get past wanting to correct the grammar..lol..sorry. This is an excerpt:

“Yer in my blood, Saba, he says. Yer in my head. Yer in my breath, yer in my bones...gawd help me, yer everywhere. You have bin since the first moment I set eyes on you.”

So I downloaded the book on audio. It was much better than me wanting to edit every 2 seconds. This type of book just isn't for me. Post apocolyptic stories, are kind of depressing. With Saba on the hunt for her twin brother Lugh (pronounced Lou) she encounters lots of interesting creatures. From gigantic sand worms to hooded men who are trying to kill her. With her baby sister Emmie in tow, they are off to rescue Lugh. After getting captured and thrown in to cage fighting and meeting some new friends, they take down their captives and continue on the rescue mission, along with some new friends, inlcuding Jack, who has eyes for Saba since day one. This book took some time for me to get into, and it got my attention, when things started heating up for Jack and Saba...which was toward the end of the book..ugh! There has got to be romance people, come on! I give it 2 stars.

Beautiful Chaos-Review

This series just keeps getting better! What an emotional roller coaster ride. So glad Macon is back and kicking butt! He's my Myrnin(Morganville Vampires) I know they are "Casters" but to me, they are witches on steroids :)
Ethan, Lena, Link and gang are off again trying to beat the next moon..the 18th moon. Who will be sacrificed and who will be saved? Can Amma save the day, along with Macon's help or will Sarafin and Abraham claim Lena for themselves? You'll have to read it, to find out:) Now my friends, I'm off to read Beautiful Redemption!
